🍛 Moringa Leaf Curry (Traditional Style)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh moringa leaves (washed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until golden.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Add moringa leaves and cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
